2. How It Works

  • Violation detection of safety perimeter limits is available only in the Premium version of the application. You can purchase the premium version within the app’s basic menu or settings.
  • After the premium version is acquired, a distinctive “Hedge” icon will be available in the app’s main screen. Pressing this icon will move you to the respective limits violation detection feature control page, where you enable/disable the feature and setup it. Having enabled the limits violation detection feature, the respective icon in the app’s main page will be replace by a blinking animation, indicating that the feature is enabled.
  • The user has the ability, from the control panel, to easily change the location and preset limits range from 50m to 50 km, by selecting "Specify location and boundaries".
  • Once you activated the “Limits violation detection” feature, the application initiates its background operation, in order to be able to continue its operation even when app is closed.
  • To further avoid false alarms, in cases of violation detected and before an emergency situation is triggered a confirmation dialog box will pop-up, providing you a short time to cancel the emergency activation.
  • After a violation is detected, you can get an insight into the details of the last recorded incident. Additionally, you can be navigated to the violation location.
  • By holding the “Hedge” icon in the main page you will be provided with a short help text and video clarifying each operation/indication.

3. WIDGET-SERVICE ON/FF ICON

  • The app widget includes an icon that informs the user if the limits violation Detection feature is active or not.
